Rates per night

• Rates apply for 2 people per night (startprice) to the max. number of people (max. price) with a minimum of 7 overnight stays.
• Rates are valid for the season 2022/2023. Please check for rates by phone (+49 7543 7950) or e-mail for the coming season.

Includes the following services and taxes

• Sales tax (VAT).
• Final cleaning.
• Parking space.
• The comprehensive appointments of all apartments are listed here.

Extra visitor's tax

• Visitor's tax accrue all year. The only valid information will be found on our communal homepage of the city Kressbronn.
• Here a short summary. Our city Kressbronn might change this any time on their own behalf. See hompage stated one line above.
• This applies to all persons age 16 or above.
• From 01st of January to 31th of March and 01st November to 31st of December it is 1.50 € per Night.
• From 01st of April to 31th of October it is 3.50 € per Night.

In addition

• The Sauna costs 10 € per use.
• The use of the washing machine or the dryer costs 2.50 €. Coins only, payable at the machine.

Cancellation

Cancellation free of charge up to four weeks before arrival.
Cancellations occuring within four weeks before arrival need to pay 90% of the total rent.
